David spent more than a decade at NonStop Consulting, rising from Consultant to Director and leading a 30-person international recruitment team. Before recruitment, he trained as a social worker and counsellor, a background that still shapes how he works: listening properly, and telling both sides the truth even when it is uncomfortable.
At InkarasBio, David runs commercial and clinical searches for medical device and diagnostics companies across DACH, Benelux, the UK and France, from Territory Manager and Application Specialist level to Country Managers and the leaders they report to.
